How to Report Spam Emails in Microsoft Outlook
Reporting spam helps improve email filtering and protects your organization from phishing and malicious content. Follow these steps to report spam in Outlook:

For Outlook Desktop App (Windows/Mac)
- Open Outlook and go to your Inbox. Select the spam email you want to report.
- Click on the Report button in the toolbar:
- If you see Report Message, click it and choose Report as Junk or Report as Phishing.
- If you don’t see the button, go to Home > Junk > Report as Junk. The message will be sent to Microsoft for analysis.

- Go to Outlook Web.
- Open the spam email.
- Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the message.
- Select Report > Report as Junk or Report as Phishing.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
